1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on 001pub, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. These documents collectively govern your use of the platform and any services offered by 001pub. Your continued use of the platform after any modification to these terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2.4 One Account Per Person

Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) account on the 001pub platform. Creating multiple accounts, whether to abuse promotions or for any other reason, is strictly prohibited. If we detect duplicate accounts, we reserve the right to close all such accounts, cancel any associated transactions, and forfeit any balances or winnings in those accounts.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Account Balance

3.1 Deposits

001pub supports multiple payment methods commonly used in the Philippines, including but not limited to GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, etc.), cryptocurrency (USDT TRC20), and other e-wallet providers. All deposits are made in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise specified.

You agree that all funds deposited to your 001pub account are your own, obtained legally, and not derived from any illegal activity. We reserve the right to request proof of source of funds and to freeze or close accounts if we suspect money laundering, fraud, or other illicit activity.

Deposits are typically processed instantly. However, processing times may vary depending on the payment method and third-party payment processor. 001pub is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers or banking institutions.

3.2 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified. Verification includes providing government-issued identification and proof of address.
• Any applicable wagering requirements tied to bonuses or promotions must be satisfied before withdrawal.
• Withdrawals will be processed using the same payment method used for deposit, where possible, to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations.

3.4 Dormant Accounts

If your account remains inactive (no login or gaming activity) for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months, it may be classified as dormant. 001pub reserves the right to charge a monthly maintenance fee on dormant accounts with a balance. Notice will be provided via email before any such fee is applied.

4. Gaming Rules and Conduct

• Technical malfunctions, server downtime, or interruptions to service.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

In no event shall 001pub's total liability to you exceed the amount of funds in your account at the time of the claim.

8. Account Closure and Termination

001pub reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to provide requested verification documents.
• Abusive or threatening behavior toward staff or other players.

Upon termination, any remaining balance in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, provided you are in good standing. If your account is closed due to fraud or breach of terms, 001pub reserves the right to withhold all funds.

You may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Any pending bets or bonuses will be forfeited upon closure.
